🏳️‍🌈 Holmfirth hosted its first flash Pride this weekend, in response to a homophobic attack here in April, where an innocent man was assaulted by five men. It was beautiful to see my community respond this way. We sent a message of love 💛 A massive well done to the organisers for bringing this event to life in just six weeks. I'm proud to call this place home 🌈

What a visual delight to be asked to document the restoration of Rochdale Town Hall, back to its former glory (and it is glorious!) The work has been funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund - I was proud to be included in the exclusive preview ahead of the grand opening on 3rd March. Just LOOK at all that detailing! 🤩

Food parcels ready for delivery at the Let's Eat foodbank.

Ten years ago I'd never even heard of a food bank, now they're a lifeline to so many people, especially as we come into winter and for some households it's a decision on buying groceries or putting the heating on.

Let's Eat Foodbank every Thursday and Friday 10am-12pm - Chapeltown Youth Development Centre.

WORLD PHOTOGRAPHY DAY - A day to pay homage to the history of photography, celebrate the present and leave a positive trail for the future.

It seems quite fitting to share a shot from a recent shoot with Heritage Corner, Leeds to capture some key images for their Leeds Black History Walk.

On this walk actor and writer Joe Williams exposes unseen narratives and recent history in order to provoke both questions and positivity, celebrating the African presence in Yorkshire.
