Today is all about celebrating the dogs who make our lives brighter, our adventures better, and our hearts fuller. Whether they’re muddy, mischievous, playful, or snoozing on the sofa, every dog deserves to be cherished.

I’m incredibly lucky that through Pawsome Shots Photography I get to meet so many amazing dogs and capture the special bond they share with their families.

A huge thank you to everyone who came to see me at my stall today at the St Giles Animal Welfare Dog Show! 🐶🤎

It was absolutely amazing to see so many beautiful, different dogs throughout the day, and I feel so lucky to have had the privilege of photographing some of them with my new studio setup! 📸✨

It was such a lovely day, and I’m so grateful to everyone who stopped by, chatted with me, supported my little business and trusted me to capture some special photos of their furry friends. 🐾

Tested my little studio for my gazebo so then it’s all set up and Frankie has been my first model, making sure everything is looking perfect for Sunday’s event! 📸🤎

A little introduction from me 🐾📸

Hi, I’m Alysha, the person behind Pawsome Shots Photography!

I thought it was about time I introduced myself properly and shared a little more about the person behind the camera.

I’ve always loved animals and the different personalities they have, and that’s what I love most about pet photography — capturing those little details that make your pet completely unique.

And this is Frankie, my own boy 🤎 He’s given me so many memories to capture and has taught me just how important those photographs become over time.

From dogs and cats to all the other wonderful pets I get the chance to photograph, I feel very lucky to do what I love.

A little woodland adventure with Frankie. 🌿

We spent some time exploring the woods, making the most of the natural surroundings and capturing some different portraits along the way.

I really like how this one turned out, with Frankie framed between the trees and the light coming through behind him. It’s a little different from my usual portraits, but I love the character it gives the image.

I’m always looking for new ways to photograph dogs and make each session a little different from the last. 📸
