So many good memories and photos from these places already — and plenty more to come.

Which one is your favourite?

And where else around the UK would you recommend?

🌊Could you live here? 🌊

Portamaggie Cottage tucked away on the Scottish coastline with nothing but cliffs, sea views and fresh coastal air all around it 📸

Imagine waking up to this every morning… if you don’t mind a bit of wild Scottish weather 🌬️🌧️😂

The best part? You can actually stay here for a relaxing break away from it all.

Could you see yourself switching off here for a few days?

Mull of Galloway Lighthouse.

The coastline up there is unreal — rugged cliffs, deep blue skies and the sound of the sea crashing below. Definitely worth the trip.

I’ve shared these in both colour and black & white… interested to see which ones people prefer.

Scotland's most southerly point

First time at the Mull of Galloway.

Bit of a trek down the cliff to get to the fog horn, wind trying its best to take your head off… but that view when you get there 👌

Light breaking through over the water, waves smashing into the rocks, and the fog horn just sat there right on the edge of it all.

Worth the walk… would you do it?

Corsewall Lighthouse, Scotland

Out on the far edge of southwest Scotland, Corsewall Lighthouse stands quietly overlooking the North Channel-remote, exposed, and timeless.

There’s something about places like this.
The isolation, the open horizon, the sense that you’re standing somewhere completely removed from the everyday.

From the lighthouse itself to the rugged coastline that surrounds it, every angle feels like a different story waiting to be told.

And like a few of Scotland’s lighthouses… you can even stay here, right on the edge of it all.

A place to switch off, slow down, and just take it all in.

🌊 Killantringan Lighthouse, Scotland📸

Perched on the wild west coast, Killantringan Lighthouse

What felt like a world away from everything, just the sound of the sea, open skies, and total peace.

Same scene, different moods.
From the warmth of the sunlit coast to the timeless feel of black & white.

And the best part… You can actually stay here, as it’s now a holiday cottage.

Would you rather stay here in “calm weather”🌅
or when it’s “wild and stormy”🌬️🌊?

First time visiting Portpatrick — and it definitely won’t be the last 🌊

The harbour was looking stunning, with the light reflecting off the water and really bringing the place to life. Colourful houses, calm waters, and that rugged Scottish coastline all come together to make it a special spot.

It’s one of those places that just feels peaceful the moment you get there.

Here are a few shots from my first visit

I’d love to know which one you like best 📸

Portpatrick Harbour – Colour or Black & White?

A Gorgeous afternoon looking across the beautiful harbour village of Portpatrick, Dumfries & Galloway.

Two versions of the same moment…

🅱️ Black & White

Which one do you like best?

Does the colour win?

Or does the black & white bring out the drama of the sky?

Sometimes Whitby gives you a view you just have to stop and take in. A late November sunset… cold evening, calm sea, and a sky that made it worth it.
