✨ ANCIENT EGYPT MEETS FINE ART PORTRAITURE ✨

Ivy was back in the studio… and this time we went for something completely different! 🐍👑

Inspired by Ancient Egypt, we created a dramatic, luxurious and cinematic portrait concept — and honestly, the final images are stunning! 🔥📸

From the styling and lighting to the expression and atmosphere, we wanted to create something that felt more like a piece of fine art than a traditional portrait.

🎉📸 ANOTHER EXCITING MILESTONE FOR IAN PHILLIPS PHOTOGRAPHY! 🏆✨

I’m absolutely delighted to share some fantastic news!

One of my images has been selected for the Click Live Masters Live Critique on Monday 28th September 2026! 🎉📸

Having your work selected to be showcased and discussed by judges is a fantastic opportunity, and I’m incredibly proud to have my photography included.

But there’s more… 👀

🏆 The selected image now goes through to the print round, where it will be professionally judged as part of the Click Live competition.

And, if that wasn’t exciting enough, I’ve also been invited to Click Live on Tuesday 29th September, where the day will culminate in the Awards Night.

So hopefully there may be another very exciting announcement to come! 🤞🏆✨

For me, photography has always been about more than simply taking a photograph. It’s about creating an image that tells a story, captures emotion and makes people stop and look.

Every competition, award and critique is another opportunity to learn, develop and push my photography further.

🐾 CALLING TWO SPECIAL DOGS! 🎨📸

Hi everyone! 👋

I’m looking to experiment with a new Fine Art style of dog photography, and I’m looking for 2 well-trained, well-behaved dogs to help me bring the idea to life. 🐶✨

I’m aiming for something a little different from a traditional dog portrait — dramatic, artistic and timeless, with beautiful lighting and a fine art feel. 🖼️📸

🐕 I’m looking for:
✨ Two dogs who are confident and well behaved
✨ Dogs that can take simple direction and remain settled
✨ Owners happy for me to experiment creatively
✨ Any breed, size or colour — personality is more important than pedigree!

📱 PLEASE NOTE:
The finished images will be used on my social media pages and website to showcase this new style of photography. So, please only put your dog forward if you are happy for the photographs to be shared online and used for promotional purposes. ❤️

This will be a creative test shoot, giving me the opportunity to develop this style while creating some beautiful artwork for the dogs and their owners.
