A few 35 mm film shots from an amazing wedding day with Jo + Fran over at Ardoch House Loch Lomond recently.
Kodak colour gold on my 35 year old Minolta Dynax 7000i. It weighs a ton but it was fun using it. These are pretty much SOOC no edting just cropping. The looks you get from people when you take a photo and the sound of the auto winder winding the film are priceless though 📸🤣

On Monday I was back again to Enterkine House this time for the wedding of Amy & Adam. Met up with a lot of similar faces too. Its all a bit confusing but I have photographed 2 of 3 weddings in the space of months where the Bestmen & Bridesmaids in each wedding , were Bride & Grooms in the next with one remaining in November.....does that makes sense! am not sure!
It was a fantastic day, we did't quite get that sunshine but didn't stop folk having a good party, still managed to get out for lots of photos though and esp into the field in the evening.
It was great seeing everyone again, just had a blast 📸🤛

On Saturday I was over at one of my favourite venues, Ardoch Loch Lomond Loch Lomond. This weather just keeps giving and didn't disappoint as we had the most amazing backdrop for the outdoor ceremony. It was a lovely chilled wedding , there just so many places for photos at this venue your spoiled for choice. When I first met Jo & Fran we just clicked esp with Fran having a love for old camera too! Shot some 35 mil film which is off to the lab today. In the evening guests were roaming the lawn and taking in the views, it was a pretty special day for such a lovely couple, my congratulations to you both. 🙏😍

Sunday I was at Enterkine House for the wedding of Shannon & Fraser and the weather again was sublime. From prep to an amazing sunset in the fields to round off my day with the couple we had just an amazing time.

On Monday I was down at Cornhill Castle for the wedding of Lauren & Casey and oh boy was it hot! I am in the middle of a busy 7 days, Sunday I was down at Enterkine House, the next day a bit further down at Cornhill Castle. Thursday it's off to Brig O' Doon and then Saturday Ardoch House Loch Lomond. So social media is taking a back seat at the moment but I'll get to post the weekends previews that couples have seen first soon.
It's becoming a bit of a signature shot for me but I do love capturing these shots for couples and at the moment I am 2 for 2 as the weather has been amazing with sunsets so far let's hope it continues!

Thursday I was back to Bocliar House this time with Abbie & Ronan for their big day. That sausage trick worked again, the only day in the week the sun was out and they got it! I started off going to the Boys for some prep as they were only 10 mins away then off to Boclaire to see the girls. I love the Bridal room here esp the shower room, seriously the light in there is amazing!
Took lots of photos but I still planned an hour for the couple to just mingle with their guests and oh the ice cream van just hit the right spot!
We had an amazing day with Abbie & Ronan who were just the loveliest couple oh and Harris too! Congratulations Mr & Mrs Wallace 😍🙏
