A few quiet frames from a truly unforgettable day 🎞️

The wedding took place at the beautiful Titanic Hotel in Liverpool and at one point, during the ceremony, something magical happened…
The couple and their guests started singing the Titanic song together. I don’t think I’ll ever forget that moment 💫

Today is my birthday 💕 and I thought it would be a nice moment to share a few thoughts about life from my perspective as a 32 year old woman.

First of all, I think I look exactly my age not older and not younger. I’m not shy about saying my age, and I feel completely comfortable being 32.

After 30, a lot of things that once felt like a big deal just aren’t anymore. Many things I used to worry about simply don’t bother me now.

And honestly, I’m not sure if that’s thanks to my fully developed frontal lobe or therapy.

But therapy really does help. You just need to find the right therapist and the approach that works for you. In my case, therapy helped me let go of many insecurities I used to have.

For many years I had a big complex about my nose. And today I choose therapy over rhinoplasty.

If you have an idea or something you want to try just try it. I know it can be scary, but even if you fail, you’ll gain experience. And many people never even try.

Friendship is something I value much more with age. But sometimes people grow in different directions, and it’s better to let each other go with kindness and wish each other well.

Sometimes you think you and your friend will be best friends forever, but as life goes on, you realize that paths can change and that’s okay.
.so these are just a few brief thoughts I wanted to share today.
