Now it’s the men’s turn, with a huge turnout for the excellent Evofit Super6 touch rugby tournament this year.

With some incredible team names, returning stars of previous years, some new up and coming talent and a surprise pair of boots being laced up by Welsh Rugby royalty & actual legend too.

It’s taken a while but finally been able to sort & upload the incredible action from another successful Evo Super6 touch rugby tournament held at Penybanc RFC.

Bouncing around 3 pitches means photos have been scattered, so I shall split it into 3 categories for ease of finding yourself or your loved ones.

Last weeks continuation of Ammanford Under 16’s preseason session at The Strength Hub By Celyn Lazenby with Cam pulling the strings.

The improvements are becoming more noticeable and the season is getting closer, the boys are going to be hitting the ground running 💪🏼

Ammanford RFC - Clwb Rygbi Rhydaman

So last week saw the return of Clwb Rygbi Penygroes after a few years in the wilderness, starting their new chapter with a first ever outing against the Llanelli Warriors!

With some very fresh faces starting up the new side at Penygroes, bolstered by some familiar and older faces, it was a great start to hopefully another long and successful spell for the home side.

The work that’s been put into Penygroes sports facilities over the last few years has been incredible, and it feels fitting that it finally had a seniors side to represent the village too.

Most of the photos were taken by me young assistant once again, as I was a little busy on the pitch this time around. Thanks you Thom 👏🏻

A very busy week at HQ has caused a delay in getting my latest events out, so my sincere apologies for that. So this week has seen:

- [ ] Website sorted after not loading the last few albums from last season. Site & Online store now fully operational www.richimagessport.co.uk
- [ ] First rugby game played in 6 years - it may or may not have taken me all weekend to walk again!
- [ ] The return of Clwb Rygbi Penygroes with their first ever fixture V Llanelli Warriors.
- [ ] Evofit Super6 2026 at Penybanc RFC.
- [ ] Ammanford RFC U16’s pre season training stepping up yet again.
- [ ] Cam Davies PT at The Strength Hub By Celyn Lazenby putting me through my paces.

All that combined with summer holidays and work has caused a slight delay - but I’m now back up to speed, and all full event photos will be posted over the next few days.
