Around one year ago I decided to downscale, now for the first time ever working from my home village of Wickham in Hampshire. I have to say I have never felt more creative as a wedding photographer and wonder why it took me all this time to make the move. ortrait session). I am very privileged and feel proud that I still have clients/ friends that I have photographed for over twenty five years. However if you are new to my site please allow me a little boast as it is in your interest to know you are using a true professional. I am a three times Fellow (highest accolade our profession can bestow). I have won UK wedding photographer of the year and been a finalist on many occasions. I have been awarded ten Kodak Gold Awards for excellence in portraiture and won Face 2000 for best portrait photograph in the UK for the millennium. I teach and mentor other photographers and have been chairman of the judges for the International print awards. I have many interests… you have guessed it, photography, art, music, film and books, in fact all good arty stuff really ! I love the countryside and enjoy a good walk followed by a good pint, followed by a good roast ….. I love to cook, spend quality time with family & friends and enjoy a nice glass of wine two .. In short, the good things in life. I value beauty and simple things really, and enjoy nature and this amazing planet we live on .. I like to travel, experiencing and photographing different cultures. I have had wedding and portrait commissions in many different countries and I am a chosen Master photographer for Crystal Cruises in the USA. This takes me all over the World and has led me to have my images in magazines including a cover of Tatler. So what are my immediate plans for the coming ten years ? Continue to work creatively, developing my product and style. I would like to mentor perhaps another three photographers. I will be working with Graphistudio (finest of wedding albums) in Italy and want to reach a Worldwide audience with my book.
