I was very kindly invited to the HorseWorld Trust open day, this is a charity who are doing amazing work with the many horses and donkeys they rescue.

I have visited them a few times over on Lillie | Equestrian Country Creator now and have some plans for next year to support them further involving 🏃‍♀️🤭

Of course, I couldn’t resist taking my camera for some photos throughout the day!

What a perfect way to close the week with these two friends and their horses (shetlands included!!) ✨

Direct sunlight can get a bad rap in the photography world however I find it can be absolutely magical if the shade is used effectively and the sun’s position is kept in mind when shooting. I never thought I’d say this but mid-day photoshoots might just be climbing the rankings of my favourite time of day for a photoshoot in summer.

I think I can officially add self portraiture to the resume!

Things have been busy behind the scenes at LRP working with over 4 brands in June, I’m looking forward to bringing that same energy to July.
