It only feels like five minutes since this little one was curled up in our studio as a sleepy newborn — and now look! The suspicious first poke, the tentative taste, and then pure cake joy. 💛

Tomorrow is the last day of the summer markets at Apley, if you've been thinking about coming down. There's plenty of stalls around the courtyard, and the studio is open too, so do pop in and browse the gallery while you're here. 🎵

There is always a point in a pet session where the camera goes down and the fuss begins. It is often the moment a dog relaxes into the studio, and the strongest portraits tend to follow. 💛

Cooler weather makes this an ideal time to book. Dogs are more comfortable and more themselves when they are not too warm, which shows in the final images.
