🐋 Farewell to Whitby’s Whalebones 🐋
A little piece of Whitby history came down today. 💙

After standing proudly over the town for generations, the iconic whalebones have been removed to make way for their new bronze replacements.

The originals may be gone, but the memories — and that unmistakable Whitby skyline — will live on. 🌊⚓

Goodbye old friends… you’ve certainly made your mark on Whitby. 🐋❤️
