Three years ago, Farah came from Saudi Arabia to study at the University of Leeds University of Leeds. This summer marked the end of that chapter.
Farah invited me to capture her graduation day as we walked through the campus, revisiting the familiar buildings and library that became part of her journey. Now that she has returned home to Saudi Arabia, these photographs will hold those memories for years to come.

I’m sharing this gallery with so much warmth and light from my heart. I’m incredibly grateful to have been invited to Holly Cottage Garden. A 400-year-old Yorkshire cottage, hosting rescued animals, growing healing plants, and the kindest, warm-hearted owners.
Nestled in the heart of the garden is a little shop where anyone can take home a small piece of this beautiful energy.
I’ve been using Jen’s signature oil blend roller every day whenever I need to feel grounded and return to a sense of peace. I also absolutely love the spray—I use it during these summer heatwaves to cool down, and before my yoga practice to create a calm, beautiful atmosphere. And soaps and candles and other products for you to explore.
From the bottom of my heart, I recommend visiting on Saturdays, when the shop is open. It truly is a healing place. 🤍

I was welcomed so generously into home and her world, surrounded by her family- people, animals, and the life she leads with so much love.

Her work in nutrition and wellbeing rooted in her own lived experience and a sincere desire to support others meaningfully. And currently she is fundraising for a charity very close to her and focused on supporting women through cancer and menopause.
Jo is taking on the Peak District Ultra Challenge, on Saturday 4th July. If you feel moved to support her, there are just a few days left to donate. You can read more about the cause and sponsor her journey via the link in her profile. 🤍
I left feeling deeply grateful for the welcome, the conversations, the trust, and the generosity. (And leaving with fresh home eggs and delicious apple juices )
