FROM BRIXTON WITH LOVE

On Saturday and said their I do’s 100 Barrington in Brixton, London. It was my first time photographing at this wonderful city venue that sits under the railway arches. Brixton kind of feels like London but on steroids so much life and vibrancy. Emma and George specifically chose this venue for its fun and relaxed vibe but also so that many of their guests could travel by public transport. Loved we got to take a little wander around the streets and also the couple got to have a cheeky pint at Brixton Brewery (thanks so much to the guys there). Flipping lovely day spent with the best people. Thanks so much for making me feel so welcome and a huge thanks also to the team 100 Barrington who were just amazing!

On Thursday last week Grace House and tied the knot at Somerset Wedding and Events Venue in the stunning county of Somerset. It was my first time at this beautiful venue and it really didn’t disappoint with an incredible events team. In true British style we had a mixture of sun and rain but nothing was going to dampen this couple’s spirits.

Huge shoutout to Ollie Lockley who yesterday competed in the 10,000m at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow for the Isle of Man and came away with a PB! Throwback to his wedding on the Isle of Man to Erika Lockley also an incredible athlete in her own right back in September 2024. That sunset on Ballaugh beach was epic and watching the seals bobbing around in the water. This image still gives me chariots of fire vibes.

On Saturday Taya Bowden and Ian Bowden tied the knot Highley Manor | Sussex Wedding Venue in West Sussex. It’s the second time I have shot at this lovely venue almost a year to the day. The sun shone for their outside ceremony where they were surrounded by their nearest and dearest and their three children. So many more to come but here are just a few from their day.
Off on another wedding road trip tomorrow. It’s going to be another busy week!
