GKstudios is an independently run photographic business based in St Albans, Hertfordshire who specialise in Wedding, Event and Studio photography. Gemma is the face behind GK studios and has over 500 events, photoshoots, weddings and corporate engagements behind her. She has a raw passion and talent for taking photographs and this is evident throughout her work. Her easy going and professional manner helps her clients to relax and enjoy every minute of a photoshoot. Now this one was a special one! Meet 3 month old Odette and her amazing mumma Lauren. Lauren started her solo journey for a baby many years ago and after lots of ups and downs and years of heartache her prayers were answered and the beeeeeautiful Odette was born. Odette didn’t stop smiling from start to finish and it was the biggest honour to shoot this one 🩷🩷

It was so fab ending the craziest of Summers with this lovely wedding. Breeze and Reece booked me up back in 2024 so it felt like a long awaited day for all of us, but it was so worth the wait. Just the loveliest couple surrounded by wonderful family & friends on a beautiful sunny day… what more can a wedding photographer ask for?! Oh wait I know… a Navy Uniform!! ⚓️🫡

I recently had the absolute pleasure of photographing this pocket rocket again. I’ve photographed Emilie for so many years now and there’s been ups and downs for her along the way. Right now Emilie is battling a terminal diagnosis of Gastroparesis which means she has to feed her body with liquids through a tube in her stomach in order to live. On paper this sounds utterly horrific but when Emilie walks into a room she still has the ability to be the most positive one there. She’s the most amazing mum, wife, business owner and woman I’ve ever met… not to mention how amazing she always looks in these pictures!! As always, this shoot with Emilie was nothing but hilarious, fun and heartwarming 💜💜
