Here’s my advice as a wedding photographer 🤍

It’s easy to fall in love with a venue because it’s beautiful, but before you say yes, take a moment to think beyond the aesthetics.

Ask yourself:
• Does it feel like us?
• Will it work for the kind of day we want?
• Is there enough space for the people we love?
• What’s the plan if the weather changes?
•Is it perfect for the style of photography we want?

Your venue will become the backdrop to one of the biggest days of your life, so choose somewhere that makes you feel excited, comfortable, and completely yourselves.

The most memorable weddings aren’t about having the “perfect” venue, they’re about choosing the place where your story feels most at home.

Whether they’re proudly walking down the aisle, stealing the show on the dance floor, or simply cuddled up with Mum and Dad between all the excitement, these are the moments that become priceless memories.

Your wedding photos aren’t just about the two of you; they’re about your family, your story, and this chapter of your lives together.
