The unglamorous part is where the reliability actually comes from.

𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗥𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗰𝗵 𝗨𝗞 𝘄𝗲𝗯𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲.

But this one is more than a new look.

We’ve rebuilt the site around making it easier to find the right solution — whether you’re looking for a small push-camera system, a crawler, a complete inspection vehicle, industrial videoscope equipment or something for a more specialist application.

One of the biggest additions is the new 𝗥𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗰𝗵 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁.

You can tell it what you’re trying to inspect or what you need the equipment to do, and it can help point you towards the most relevant systems and information on the site.

We’ve also added:
• clearer product and application information
• easier comparison between different inspection systems
• a much better mobile experience
• improved navigation across our drainage, industrial and security ranges
• more technical information and supporting resources

And, for reasons that seemed entirely sensible at the time, there’s also a 𝗥𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗰𝗵 𝗰𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗯𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲.

There’s still plenty more we want to add, but this feels like a big step forward.

Some news, and an important reassurance to go with it.

We’re bringing the mC range of push-cameras to the UK.

It’s a broader line-up than the DX range it’s stepping in for, covering everything from routine domestic surveys through to longer manhole-to-manhole runs and pan-and-tilt work. It’s already well established across Europe with thousands of systems in day-to-day use, so it arrives proven rather than untested.

For those of you already running the DX kit: nothing changes for you. Whilst we’re no longer supplying new DX and DX Mini systems, if you have one, you’ll continue to receive the same servicing, repairs, technical support and parts where available. You’ve invested in that equipment, and you rely on it. We’re not walking away from it.

The mC range is about giving people more choice, not leaving existing users behind.

If you want to see the new range in person, it’ll be at No-Dig Live at NAEC Stoneleigh from 29 September to 1 October. There will also be demos running across the UK over the coming months.

The one measurement you really need is always in the worst possible place.

Never near an opening. Never in a place you can just reach in and check. It’s tucked behind some internal feature that seems almost designed to be inaccessible.

In NDT and condition monitoring, that access problem isn’t part of the job. Quite often, it is THE job.

Which is what we’ll be talking about at MT 2026 in Telford. We’re exhibiting the Yateks range, including the Realta 3D measurement videoscope, which gives you an accurate look and a precise 3D measurement of internal features without dismantling anything. No cutting, no couriers, no waiting.

And yet here we are, and it’s oddly satisfying work. Lift the cover, lower the camera, and find out what’s actually going on down there before anyone makes an expensive decision about it.

Someone’s got to look, and we never get tired of watching our kit work for you.

A perfectly average British summer’s day on site.

Grey wall, greyer sky, two people who’ve long since stopped checking the forecast because it hasn't been relevant for years.

The work happens regardless. The kit’s rated for it, even if morale occasionally isn’t.

Equipment spec sheets are very optimistic about site conditions.

‘Suitable for use in confined spaces.’

The confined space in question: a crawl access point that someone clearly measured on a good day, at a generous angle, while holding their breath.

Real site conditions are what matter. It’s why we offer demos at your site, not ours.

Not everything we're involved with goes down the drain.

This was a customer using the Omicron crawler to inspect the internal welds on a run of steel pipes. Same principle as any inspection job, get eyes on something you'd otherwise have no way of seeing, except here it's weld quality on the inside of a pipe rather than a survey underground.

It's a good reminder that the access problem is the same wherever you find it. If you can't get to the thing you need to check, you're guessing. And nobody wants to be guessing about a weld.

The kit doesn't much care what it's looking at. It just has to get there and show you something you can actually use.

This is the real working version. The boots that have seen things, the hose that's been around the block, and the kit that earns its keep because it's out doing the job every single day.
