Yesterday myself and Lund Life Coach spent the afternoon meditating with these beautiful heavy horses and it was the most peaceful experience ever. Connecting with these gentle giants has helped me on my mental health recovery journey and to find inner peace.

After a great 2 days away with Chris from Lund Life Coach for some much needed reward after all the work we've done over the past 7months or so of working on mental health, mental fitness and physical fitness we decided to go up to Scotland to see the Christmas markets a lot of walking was done on those 2 days but also we had some amazing food from a Mexican restaurant called El Cartel.

My self and Chris raised a glass to our work and to much more work to come in the future.

It was time to come back home and continue our work.

I had the pleasure last week to completed Stickle Tarn with Lund Life Coach the walk was long and hard going but might I say just say I live in one of the best parts of the UK.

There will be many more walks to completed and photographs to take.
