Flickr is celebraing the USA's 250th birthday with an interesting gallery of images from the US National Archives, Smithsonian and the Library of Congress : https://blog.flickr.net/en/2026/07/02/america-at-250-then-now-and-in-between/

Called 'Then, Now and In Between', it's particularly interesting to note that amongst the historic photos, Presidents Obama and Biden feature but the current incumbent of the White House doesn't feature......

From pivotal moments to quiet ones, Flickr photographers and historical archives come together to document 250 years of American life.
