100 weddings later…

Taking a moment today to pause and reflect on this milestone. It’s been almost six years since I shot my first wedding in August 2020, and BOY have I learnt a lot since then.

It’s a little overwhelming to think that 100 couples have trusted me to capture one of the most special days of their lives. I’ll never take that for granted.

I still get the jitters before every wedding I shoot, and after 100 weddings, I don’t think they’re going anywhere anytime soon.

This job has taken me to some of the most beautiful places across the UK, Ireland and beyond. It’s introduced me to incredible people and allowed me to work alongside insanely talented creatives in this industry.

So this post is for my first 100 couples - from Emma & Sam on 28th August 2020 to Sarah & Simon on 2nd July 2026, and everyone in between who has made this wonderful career a reality for me.

Thank you for trusting me with your memories.

Finally, I’ll leave this verse here. Those who know me personally will know how central my Christian faith is to my life, and I can’t reflect on a milestone like this without acknowledging the One who made it all possible.

“Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.” - Ephesians 3:20-21
