This evening’s arrival of Spitfire G-ILDA on final approach for Runway 25 at Newcastle Airport. This beautiful aircraft is 81 years old and remains one of the most iconic symbols of British aviation history.

A fleeting moment most people on the ground never knew was happening above them.

Seeing one of my photographs transformed into a display piece like this is pretty special.

My F-22 Raptor Demo Team image from Miami at the Hyundai Air & Sea Show now sits alongside official F-22 Demo Team patches and challenge coins in this stunning custom frame.

From capturing the moment through the viewfinder to seeing it presented like this, it's a reminder of why I love aviation photography.
