Some nights are worth staying up for. 🌌

I headed out to the Marloes Peninsula hoping to capture the Milky Way over the Pembrokeshire coast. After waiting for the stars to appear, I finally got the shot I’d been hoping for. The airglow this night was totally unbelievable.

This was a combination of a tracked sky and a blue hour foreground blend, which allowed me to keep detail in both the Milky Way and the landscape.

Marloes Sands, Pembrokeshire.

I almost packed up and went home. I’m glad I didn’t. Sometimes the best moments only happen when you decide to stay a little longer.

This was one of those nights.
