There’s something so special about welcoming families back into my studio, watching their little ones grow, and becoming a small part of their beautiful journey. 🤍

One of my favourite things about what I do is the connection I build with your children. Seeing them come back, remember me, and happily chat away to me throughout their shoot is just the loveliest feeling It makes these returning sessions feel even more special.

I absolutely adore this gorgeous newborn session. Just look at how completely smitten someone is with their beautiful new baby sister.

A little availability update, too! My studio is now fully booked until the middle of December, with only a handful of sessions remaining. ✨

I’ve always been so lucky with the weather when I’ve photographed weddings at Danby Castle Barn , and honestly… you just can’t compete with that view

Before Leigh & Colin’s wedding day even arrived, we’d already had those important conversations about what mattered most to them. And it quickly became very clear just how important their doggies are to them.

And oh my… did I fall in love!!

I’m not going to lie, a large percentage of their wedding gallery may have featured these beautiful faces!

Just a little boy and his dog, wandering through the meadow.

Because sometimes you really don’t need big props, elaborate set-ups or a plan when you have two adorable little models with a connection like this.

The cuddles, the chaos, the little moments in between — that’s the magic I love capturing. Completely natural, completely them.

And the autumn colours are starting to make an appearance in the meadow now… and honestly, it’s looking beautiful.

Knowing a venue isn’t just knowing where to take a pretty photo. It’s knowing where the light falls, the little pockets of space that work beautifully for portraits, how the day flows and when to step in with just the right amount of direction.

I love being able to arrive already knowing the venue, so you can relax and enjoy your day while I quietly capture it as it unfolds.

Lydia & Danny 🤍

I can’t believe I’ve never photographed here before and can you believe this is a registry office?! I absolutely loved it.

It was the perfect setting for such a magical day, filled with all the little moments that make a wedding yours. And of course, little Alfie with those gorgeous chubby cheeks and the most adorable little outfit certainly stole my heart throughout the day, not forgetting Bonnie the Corgi.

What I love about photographing weddings is being able to quietly unfold your story as it happens. No forced poses, no endless interruptions and no photographer constantly getting in the way. Just gentle direction when you need it, allowing you to be completely present with the people you love, while I capture the laughter, the emotion, the excitement and all those little moments you might otherwise miss.

There’s just something so special about watching a much-loved dog meet the newest little member of the family for the very first time. 🐾

Those quiet little moments, curious looks and gentle interactions make for some of the sweetest images and when your dog just happens to match the warm tones of The Golden Room too… well, it’s pretty much a photographer’s dream! ✨

This little lady was an absolute star throughout her newborn shoot, but big brother Wallace definitely had other ideas… making several attempts to steal the limelight!
