✨ ANOTHER LEGACY PHOTOGRAPHY AWARD! ✨

💙This gorgeous little one has been awarded an Excellence Award in the August Legacy Photography Awards! 💙

And I have to admit, this one makes me particularly happy because it is so VERY ME!.

Those who know my work will probably recognize this image as mine without even seeing my name. The soft complimenting tones, the beautiful simplicity and, most importantly, keeping the focus firmly on that gorgeous little baby.

I know, I know… we’ve only just survived the summer holidays! 😂 But my Christmas Mini Sessions are officially on the horizon!

I’ve been a little quiet around here lately… 🤍

Truthfully, life has just been life.

The last few months have brought a lot of change, including losing my dad, the school holidays, family, work, and everything in between. Social media has, quite understandably, slipped a little further down the list.

But I’m still here. 🤍
Still photographing beautiful families.
Still creating memories.
And still incredibly proud of the work that leaves my studio.

So, what better image to finally share than this one…

✨ Silver Award with the Guild of Photographers ✨

There is something about maternity photography that I will never tire of. The anticipation, the connection, the tiny movements beneath the skin, and the hands that already seem to know exactly where they belong.

And I particularly love the simplicity of this image.

No elaborate styling.
No distractions.
Just two people, their baby, and the incredible body that is growing their little person.

Sometimes, simple really is beautiful. 🤍

So here’s to getting back into the swing of things… slowly.
And to sharing some of the gorgeous sessions that have been waiting patiently in my folders.
