✨ Darren & Becky’s Wedding Day at Charlotte House ✨

What an incredible day it was on Saturday, celebrating Darren and Becky's wedding at Charlotte House in Lincoln! It was a stunning day, even if the sun was personally trying to melt us all. 🔥☀️

Darren and Becky looked absolutely amazing and completely unfazed by the heat. Their backstory is pure magic—after taking the scenic route on completely different paths in life for a long time, they finally found their way back to each other.

A massive thank you to their wonderful guests for being so incredibly welcoming.

Wishing this lovely couple a lifetime of happiness. Proof that fate always wins! 🥂❤️

Fridays stroll with MJ and the handsome doggos Hugo and Benson turned into a scene from War of the Worlds! 😱 We spotted this "Tripod" looking thing looming in the distance and approached with total comical terror, waiting for the heat-ray to zap us.

​(Hugo & Benson) had other plans:
​Bio-Warfare: They ran up and immediately peed on the "alien" legs. Strategy: 10/10. 💦

​We eventually found out it’s actually the Tide and Time Bell art installation—but when it rang, the boys were shocked and confused.

​Managed to snap some handsome shots of our brave defenders and some beautiful shells once the "invasion" was called off. 🐚

I’m not officially a "morning person" yet (I'm still in the trial phase, and it’s not going well), but when the world looks likes this, even I can be bribed into consciousness.

The fog was thick enough to lose a car in, but the sun was putting on a golden masterclass. I didn’t have my camera with me because that would be too organized, so I had to make do with my phone and a dream.

A few highlights from my roadside adventure:
To the 47 people who drove past wondering why there was a person lurking in the mist: I wasn’t hiding a body, I was just staring at a water droplet. Look at it! It’s basically a tiny crystal ball. 🔮💧

Pretty sure the sun was actually posing for me in one of these—it looks way too smug and happy with its placement in those branches. ☀️😏

My professional photographer's soul is currently screaming at me for leaving my actual gear at home. Maybe it’s time to dig the camera out of its hiding spot. What do we think? Is the universe telling me to get back behind the lens more, or am I just sleep-deprived? ☕️✨

Happy feeling after presenting Max and Sophie—aka the new Mr. & Mrs. Lynes—with their wedding gallery today! Not only were they one of the very first couples to tie the knot in Lincolnshire this year, but their day was the perfect blend of vintage charm and pure fun.

​We spent the 10th of January at the stunning New Chapel Tearoom and Venue in Greylees. It is such a gorgeous spot—a building full of character with a perfect modern touch.

​The Highlights:

​👗 The Dress: A total showstopper from Busy B's Bridal Grantham.

​🍰 The Cake: A beautiful cake by Magpie Cakery in Lincoln.

​🎞️ The Twist: I provided a "Guest Camera" for the day, and wow, did the guests deliver!

​The best part of today was watching Max and Sophie have a good chuckle at the Guest POV album. I did warn them: these are raw and unedited! 😂 But that’s exactly what I strive for as a photographer—capturing the authentic, relaxed, and comfortable moments that make a wedding day "you."

​Congratulations again to the happy couple! It was an honor to capture your day.
