Life’s been moving FAST recently, so I’m learning to keep the things I can control simple…

That includes my skincare. Less products, less unnecessary baggage, and a routine I can actually stick to wherever I am.

Recently I’ve been using the XXL Face Wash + Moisturiser to keep things nice and simple while I’m on the go ✈️

I’m not sure when the venture is, but I do know I’ll be prepped for it 🤌🏽

Summer is still here (just) so had to squeeze this one in quick for Ep 2 of recreating my favourite Matcha Recipes at home 🍓

I’m gonna say it… this might be up there with one of my favourites 🤌🏽

What you’ll need:

Handful of strawberries (Hoogstraten are top tier!)
Squeeze 1/2 Lemon
Ts of Honey
4g
Milk of choice (I prefer oat)

I recommend to get this one made before London goes grey for 6 months 😃🇬🇧

I came, I relaxed, then took on one of the hardest obstacle courses around 😅🇧🇧

Barbados was a movie… and although most people come here to switch off and relax, my calling was a little different… taking on the ! 🏃🏽‍♂️

Safe to say I was humbled, tested and pushed way outside my comfort zone… but what an experience from start to finish. Now to get training and prep for next year 😅🤍

Barbados, you were special 🌴❤️
