I am a professional photographer who loves painting with light and bringing a new dimension to the art form. I am proud to support my local hospice, Peace Hospice Care, who need your support in raising funds for their vital care

Thamesmead Festival 2026 took place on the 8th August, a day full of music, dance, comedy, art, food and local crafts at Southmere Park. Hundreds turned out in the hot sunshine to enjoy the festival.

On the Park stage, the headliner - Natalie Williams' Soul Family, MOBO-nominated jazz vocalist and her 10-piece band, renowned for their long-standing residency at Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club.

Thamesmead Festival 2026 took place on the 8th August, a day full of music, dance, comedy, art, food and local crafts at Southmere Park. Hundreds turned out in the hot sunshine to enjoy the festival.

On the Southmere Stage, UK Latin Community, inspiring and culturally-enriching journey showcasing the beauty and diversity of Latin American dance forms.

On the Slug stage, Noon Garden is colourful, psychedelic pop, warm melodies and playful experimentation from Charles Prest, founder of internationally acclaimed psychedelic group Flamingods.

Thamesmead Festival 2026 took place on the 8th August, a day full of music, dance, comedy, art, food and local crafts at Southmere Park. Hundreds turned out in the hot sunshine to enjoy the festival.

On the Slug stage, Afromerm is an award-winning South London composer and sound artist working with electronic textures, voice, live instrumentation and her own motion-reactive instrument, Juniper.

On the Unplugged Stage, Alessana an Indie-soul singer-songwriter and multidisciplinary artist drawing inspiration from her own experiences and stories of her community in West London.

Thamesmead Festival 2026 took place on the 8th August, a day full of music, dance, comedy, art, food and local crafts at Southmere Park. Hundreds turned out in the hot sunshine to enjoy the festival.

The amazing cheerleading team were on the Southmere Stage; Utopia Cheer is based in South East London!

After them was Choudhry and her dance group performing Antarā, a celebration of Indian classical dance.

🌈 THIS MONTH! Step into a world of colour, music and imagination as Colourscape returns to Cassiobury Park from 22 to 31 August 2026!

🟣 The much-loved attraction invites visitors to wander through around 70 interconnected chambers filled with vibrant natural light, where musicians and performers appear around every corner.

🟒 Advance booking is recommended as many sessions prove popular. Visitors can choose the day and performance that most appeals to them, making every visit a unique experience. Tickets are available at bit.ly/Colourscape-WBC.

🟠 Colourscape will be open everyday from 11am to 4.10pm. Tickets are available on the door and cost £6 for adults and £4 for under-18s.

It was a pleasure working with the talented designer behind these stunning pieces, brought to life beautifully by the amazing Elvira.

The collection is by Halle – a brand championing sustainable luxury fashion, proving that style, individuality and caring for the planet can go hand in hand.

A burst of colour brightened the streets of Walthamstow as the Colour Walk made its way along the High Street on 2 August 2026. 🌈 Smiles, creativity and plenty of eye-catching outfits made for a fantastic afternoon, with the group finishing the walk together at the local pub.

Colour Walk - Old Spitalfields Monthly

Fireworks took place over the Old Royal Naval College with the last song from the Kooks band. It was a short display, and the fireworks are back on the 1st, 2nd and 16th August 2026. Video taken from the Island Gardens opposite the ORNC.
