Celebration time . Sole Grenobloise (no sole at the fishmonger so Sea Bass!) great French recipe thanks to . Brilliant back story to the recipe that Matthew shares…” so far from the sea that Grenoble is… it took ages for Fish to get to the city so they needed punchy flavour to mask the smell of fish”. Actually a delicate balance of butter (who would have guessed) capers, brown shrimp, lemon, shallots, cucumber and parsley.
