When leadership drops "Let's use AI for this video" into the brief, you need more than a tool. You need a strategy.

At Synima, we believe the smartest use of AI in production is often invisible. It works quietly behind the scenes: enhancing logistics, streamlining post-production, and scaling content with intention - while keeping your brand story (not the technology) in the spotlight.

Our AI consultancy helps you:

🎯 Shift conversations from tech capabilities to strategic outcomes

✨ Implement AI that enhances creativity rather than compromising it

🛡️ Maintain brand integrity while increasing speed to market

🧭 Develop frameworks that let your team lead with confidence

Ready to move beyond the hype? Let's craft an approach that puts your story first.

The best part of our job is that no two briefs are the same. 🎬

Watch a cross-section of our recent client work - different industries, different audiences, different problems to solve. What stays constant is the process: understand the story first, then figure out how to tell it.

What are you working on right now? We'd love to hear about it 👇

Ever try making a financial services video feel like a cinematic experience?

This was our challenge when a leading financial institution and leading technology company asked the Synima team to help showcase their treasurers as dynamic professionals rather than spreadsheet warriors.

Shot against Munich's stunning blend of historic and modern architecture, we used a mix of handheld camerawork and smooth gimbal sequences to keep viewers engaged. We ditched the "people typing at computers" cliché and instead captured genuine interactions, leaned into environmental storytelling, and carefully selected archival footage that contextualized the treasurers’ work in the broader financial ecosystem.

What we're most proud of: bringing genuine warmth and personality to a subject that often feels serious and formal. Seeing these financial experts showcase their passion and (yes) charisma on camera was a testament to the comfortable set environment we created.

The collaboration between our creative team, brand stakeholders, and the treasurers themselves elevated this beyond a typical corporate piece. Their insights shaped our narrative focus, while our visual approach translated complex financial concepts into compelling storytelling.

The most rewarding projects are often the ones that challenge conventional visual approaches. Have you worked on any projects that required rethinking visual stereotypes for an industry?

Ever wonder how complex sustainability data transforms into visually engaging storytelling?

We explore the step-by-step creation of an isometric 3D animation for PACT's carbon transparency initiative: from blocking to a dynamic data visualization system.

One stage. A dozen worlds.🎬

For this tech client shoot, we never left the LED volume. Between setups we rebuilt the entire environment around our talent, moving from one world to the next without moving an inch.

Real light, real reflections, total control.

When multiple demands collide on set, how do you maintain both quality and sanity?

1. Learn to Delegate 🤝

The producer who tries to do everything becomes the bottleneck. While wearing multiple hats is part of production life, effectiveness comes from knowing which responsibilities to keep and which to entrust to others. The initial time investment required to properly brief your team pays massive dividends when production intensifies. Building this collaborative ecosystem transforms individual stress into collective capability.

2. Compartmentalize Challenges 🧩

We recently directed a voiceover session with talent in one ear while fielding live client feedback and monitoring additional content being filmed simultaneously. Break problems down into smaller nuggets that you can rotate your full attention between. Solve one small thing before moving onto another - you can come back for the rest. This focused rotation prevents the cognitive overwhelm that leads to critical mistakes.

3. Resist the Urge to Rush ⏳

In your actions and words, be deliberate especially when your attention is spread thin. Taking the extra moment to deliver clear, actionable feedback prevents the cascade of confusion that rushed direction creates. Active listening often resolves issues faster than quick assumptions about what went wrong. People who feel respected become proactive problem-solvers rather than passive instruction-followers - ultimately saving more time than rushing ever could.

The strongest beauty stories lead with a feeling. ✨

For Ulike, we created a series of films built around the rituals, routines, and quiet moments that make up everyday self-care.

Rather than telling audiences what to believe, we focused on creating a world that felt authentic, considered, and lived in. A world where the technology fits naturally into real life.

Because when consumers do their research, trust peer reviews, and question every promise, credibility is earned long before the product appears on screen.

Big shoutout to the team for the brilliant work on this one👏

The gap between a digital interface and active field operations can be hard to visualize. Our solution? Split the screen, connect the narrative.🔗

When Danish defense firm Systematic Defence approached us with this challenge, we devised an elegant solution that brought both worlds together seamlessly.

The team leveraged virtual production technology to efficiently capture multiple environments in a single day: from high-tech command centers to field operations. The approach allowed us to visually connect Systematic's software product with the tactical decisions it enables, creating a more compelling narrative than either element could tell alone.

It’s a good reminder that the most effective visual techniques aren't necessarily the most complex.

That moment when the grade is just right ✨

For our recent commercial series for Ulike, the grade played a key role in shaping the final look: bringing out the product, refining the mood, and adding that extra layer of polish.

Proof that great visuals are crafted long after the cameras stop rolling.
