We’ve been quiet the past couple of weeks but we’re back and have a few announcements to share over the coming week.

We’re super excited to share that we’ll be interviewing the phenomenal Liz Craven next Tuesday! (3rd April).

Hannah Topp is heading over to The Strength Syndicate and their conversation will be streamed on here on our page so if you have any questions you’d like to ask one of the best powerlifters in the world, make sure you comment them on this post 😊

New writing for you this week :)

The latest piece by Owen Lockwood - Dealing with Training and Competing Abroad.

Owen is a powerlifter whose work schedule means that he has to train at whatever time he can fit it in so this is a great piece for thinking about how to get the best out of irregularities in both training and competing 😊

Could anyone tag or share this with Jodi Weaver? She competed at the British Master’s Qualifier back in December.

An error was made yesterday morning and her photos were edited instead of another lifters ( ☕️) so we’d like to give her the photo package rather than them be edited and go to waste.

We were down in the scenic Southbank Centre with the one and only Emily ‘Emzpower’ Williams this afternoon 🕶

We filmed a fun but raw/honest conversation between Hannah and Emily which will be out next month! It was fantastic and we can’t wait to share it with you all 😊
