Evolve Studios | A Remembrance Tribute to Our Veterans

Not politics. Not division. People.

The young men and women who were sent to serve. The lives they lived before, the experiences they carried home, and the people they are today.

Some returned with stories they could tell. Others carried memories they never found the words to share.

Some lost friends. Some lost parts of themselves. And some are still living with the consequences of their service decades later.

This November, Evolve Studios hopes to offer something simple, but meaningful.

A place to be seen. A place to be heard. A place to remember.

Through photography, conversation and a shared moment of remembrance, we want to honour not only those who gave their lives, but those who came home and continued living theirs.

There will be no expectation to share experiences, no pressure to speak and no need to explain or justify anything.

Just an opportunity to come together, enjoy a cup of tea or coffee, share a story if you wish, and know that your service has not been forgotten.

Because remembrance should never be confined to a single day, a parade or a poppy.

It should live in how we treat those who served, long after their service has ended.

We asked them to serve. Have we remembered to stand by them?

✨ A Little Look Behind the Scenes at Evolve Studios ✨

There's so much happening behind the scenes, and I thought I'd share a little taster of what's coming!

🌺 Remembrance, Veterans & Cadets

Something very special is taking shape for November. We're bringing together photography, personal stories, remembrance and community for a charity event celebrating those who served, those still serving and the families behind them.

An invitation for veterans, cadets and organisations to participate will be coming soon.

📖 Conversations I Didn't Plan – Book Two

Some stories are harder to tell than others.

I'm continuing to write the next part of my journey, exploring motherhood, loss, memories and the conversations that never quite happened.

I'm still awaiting important records from NHS Forth Valley, pieces of a story that began many years ago and deserves to be told in my own words.

🐰🐐 The Rabbit, The Goat & The Bear

And then there's something completely different!

What happens when curiosity runs wild, coincidences become ridiculous and a rabbit, a goat and a bear somehow end up in the middle of it all?

Throw in Rumi, Lucy and Felicia, a filing cabinet that may never recover, and you've got the beginnings of a rather unusual comedy adventure.

Some stories make you cry. Others make you question everything. This one might just make you wonder how on earth we got here! 😂

📸 Creative Portraits & New Studio Sets

Autumn creativity is in full swing, with Christmas just around the corner. More opportunities for little imaginations to run free, explore the sets and create their own stories rather than simply pose for the camera.
