I absolutely loved this recent wedding with such a gorgeous couple, Fern & Luke, at . They had the perfect day full of sunshine and laughter. You could see how much the couple enjoyed every moment and are hugely loved by their family and friends.

Highlights included that stunning dress! , the lovely relaxed morning of preparations, the very thoughful blessing which had lots of laughter, and a few happy tears, and I particularly loved the wedding favours. Each guest received a photograph of themselves with Fern & Luke. It must have taken a fair bit of planning but it was such a personal touch and the guests absolutely loved them.

It was a pleasure to work with the lovely Katie who conducted the blessing in style and Oliver the Magician who kept the guests entertained

There is nothing I did not love about Holly and Charlie’s fantastic day at Camblesforth Hall. A gorgeous venue, the nicest couple you could meet and great weather all day long. The family and friends were also a brilliant bunch and they made my day very enjoyable.
Highlights included the dancing down the ceremony aisle the cute red mini and also a very successful Patick Swayze lift on the dancefloor!

Louisa & Jamie’s fabulous day at Bowcliffe Hall. This wedding was such a joy to photograph, full of love, friendship, some real characters and flying umbrellas, they actually managed to get away with very little rain. It was a great day working alongside videography

I absolutely loved this walk out and confetti tunnel with Louisa and Jamie. Particularly Jamie’s spontaneous dip at the top of the aisle ! At St Mary’s church Boston Spa

As couples walk down the aisle, some of the most meaningful moments happen in the smallest fractions of a second. A glance, a burst of laughter, a wave a cheeky comment, or an unexpected expression can reveal far more than a perfectly posed photograph ever could. As a wedding photographer, I’m always watching for these tiny, authentic moments and micro-expressions because they’re what truly capture a couple’s personality, their humour, and the genuine joy of the day.

When Coral & Anthony hit the dance floor at Tithe Barn !

Lou and Ric’s fabulous Yorkshire Dales elopement was everything an elopement should be; relaxed, meaningful and full of personality. With lovely weather and a wonderfully chilled atmosphere, they exchanged vows beside the beautiful Middle Falls near Buckden, surrounded by some of the landscapes they love most.

Their storytelling ceremony was packed with laughter and emotion as their celebrant Eleanor shared heartfelt stories. Alongside the vows and rings, they created a stone circle together and threw a rock into the river as a symbolic blessing before popping the ch*****ne to celebrate.

Afterwards, with walking boots on and sandwiches packed, we headed off along a stunning ridge towards Yockenthwaite, soaking up the incredible views and the simple joy of being out in the Dales. Lou and Rick were completely my kind of people – fun, easy-going and totally themselves – and it was such a privilege to document a day that was all about celebrating their relationship in the places that mean the most to them.
