Ey up everyone.

So... We've hit the 'ber' months. This year has just flown. We're currently editing the backlog of weddings we've covered over the last couple of months.

But as we're now into the 'ber' months, we can see the festive season fast approaching (sorry we're talking about this in September, but it's true).

For us, that can only mean one thing. Christmas photo shoots.

If you've not followed our page for long, just wait until you see the madness that happens once we announce our yearly Christmas mini session dates.
Last year we put on 5 full days, sold the lot and stuck on an extra 8 sessions, and sold those in one morning.

This is just a heads up, we'll be announcing the dates this week. Our new backdrop is due today. We'll get our little models doing their thing and you'll see just what we have in store for this year. Please keep an eye out on our page if you have children and are interested in booking onto one.

We've had families come to us 4-5 years in a row. They're great fun, amazing value and you'll get some photos of your kids around the festive period to treasure forever. We have a snow machine, fake snow flooring, and this year an old rustic sledge on the way as a prop.

Thats all the info we can give you right now, but please do keep an eye out on our posts so you'll know what we're doing and when.

This is like dejavu, but we were back at Healds Hall again yesterday.
This time it was for the lovely wedding of Mr & Mrs O'Hagan.

A twilight wedding with the very closest of family & friends.

This is a love story of the ages, with a couple who met later in life, with a lot of history behind them. Everyone questioning why they were choosing to get married having been together for the last 13 years. And their answer was "We're soulmates. And why not?"

Diane & Paul, thank you so much for letting us capture the day for you. We know you probably won't see or read this, but in the off chance you do get to see our post, this really is a heartfelt thankyou. Congratulations to you both.

The wedding was brought forward slightly as Diane's son lives in Switzerland and her daughter is planning on moving to Asia in the next couple of months.

Alright Mr & Mrs Peel... Here we go.

This was yesterday's superb wedding at Healds Hall. And this right here, is how Chloe & David's day played out.
Yes, we had rain. Yes, the guests stayed out in it. Yes, we had 2 wedding dresses. Yes, I put my foot in it taking photos of the second dress, asking where the rest of it was. Yes, there was a chocolate gateau purchased from Iceland the day before the wedding as 'the wedding cake'. Yes, it was unbelievably emotional (queue their son, Cooper).

We said it in our previous preview, but my word you guys were brilliant in front of the camera, even though you told us you hated having your photos taken.

Congratulations once again Mr & Mrs Peel, what a fantastic day.

Congratulations to this absolutely amazing couple, the new Mr & Mrs Peel, who were married yesterday at one of our faves... Healds Hall
We've another wedding today, so here is a quick preview for you with more to follow ASAP.
Can we just add, us Yorkshire folk know how to stand outside in the rain for photos, don't we??? All 65 guests braving it, all for the sake of a good photo opportunity. Well done guys, well done.

Chloe & David, considering you guys were camera shy, you were unreal yesterday. What a pair of legends!

We're taking you back to last Saturday now, and the amazing, sun-kissed wedding at Waterton Park Hotel & Spa.
This is the new Mr & Mrs Padgett, and a glimpse into the magic of their day.
We had a Beauty & The Beast theme running throughout the day, with golds, deep reds and some unbelievable centrepieces. When we said it was magic, it really felt that way.
We had 5 speeches, guests who's wedding we photographed just over a year ago (if only we knew you were a Liverpool fan Reece...), some of the tallest groomsmen in the history of groomsmen and a very nervous bride & groom.
What a fantastic setting Waterton Park Hotel is in the sunshine, especially over on the 'moat' side, with a lakeside setting. Sorry to all the spa couples who had their relaxing afternoon interrupted by a wave of wedding guests lining up for photos by the edge of the lake. We can't let that get in the way of a good photo opportunity.
By the way, there's always one in a group who closes their eyes at completely the wrong time... Spot the groomsman who actually looks in pain.
Congratulations once again Charlotte & Shane, you guys were amazing. MOT!!!

We know it's still August, but we've updated our site and our Halloween mini session date is live and sessions are ready to book.

That date is Saturday the 26th September. Times are bookable in half hour slots, with the first session starting at 10am, with the final session being 3.30pm, ending at 4pm when we finish for the day.
We have a wedding the day before and we have a wedding fayre the day after so we can't put it on any other dates in the run up to Halloween.

The reason we put these on towards the end of September is so that you have them for the month of October, ready for Halloween itself.

Half hour themed mini photo-shoots for children and families in groups of up to 5 people. A maximum of 30 images available digitally for you to keep and print.

Last post of the day, we promise...

So, yesterday we were over at the stunning venue that is Waterton Park Hotel & Spa, to watch Charlotte & Shane become the new Mr & Mrs Padgett.

Here's a couple of quick previews from their fantastic wedding with a bigger post to follow in the next few days. We're currently playing catch up and we've more work over on the East Coast over a 3 day period.

Congratulations Mr & Mrs Padgett, you were both amazing. It was great to see so many familiar faces yesterday (sorry we didn't get to say goodbye Kira & Reece)
