Photographing Harry and his family was an absolute pleasure, and it was so much fun to celebrate with them as a guest for a change on Sunday night!

✨Wow I can’t believe it’s been a week already since Amelie’s bat mitzvah rehearsal!

Rehearsal sessions are a chance for the family to slow down before the big day, take in the significance of the occasion, and create some beautiful family photographs without the buzz of the celebration itself.

Amelie was amazing, and it was so special to see the pride and excitement from everyone around her as they prepared for this important milestone. Mazel tov again to all! ✨📸

The party decor was like stepping into a stunning pink cloud, with incredible décor, beautiful lighting, and details that made every corner of the room picture-perfect.

After a run of quite a lot of bar mitzvahs, I was very ready for a pink, sparkly party!!

✨ Another amazing Bar Mitzvah job this weekend for a very special family! This was the second event I’ve done for these clients, so I knew it was going to be a blast.

This time it was Joah’s turn to celebrate, and to say he made everyone proud would be an understatement.

✨A 25th wedding anniversary celebration for N & C 🤍

I first met N, a fellow photographer, when she responded to a Facebook ad I’d posted to sell some photography gear. Since then, we’ve worked together and stayed in touch, so I was genuinely honoured that she trusted me to photograph such an important milestone for her and her husband.

The evening took place at in Hessle, right beneath the Humber Bridge - my first time there, and a great setting for a party.

The sky kept changing throughout the evening, which meant I was regularly taking N & C outside for “just one more” photo. (It’s never just one more 🤪) Each time, it was worth it!

✨ A small selection from Alex’s bar mitzvah rehearsal a couple of weeks ago. Like so many of this year’s bar mitzvah boys, I’ve known Alex since he started primary school with my son.

Possibly the tallest 13-year-old I’ve ever photographed 😂but with the kindest, most gentle nature. It was an absolute pleasure photographing him and his lovely family. Mazel tov again! 💙
