In recent times heritage diesels have been playing their part to keep heritage railways moving, due to the extremely dry conditions we've had rain has finally returned over the past days meaning steam can return. Now I admit I have been busy with the rallies so I tend to ignore the railways a little bit over these months but here is a look at some trusty diesels. On a Bridgnorth service the Severn Valley's resident DMU nears Hampton Loade earlier this year when the surroundings were a lot greener! 23/04/26
