I'm usually the one behind the camera, capturing memories for other families, pets and horses so it's a rare treat to step in front of the lens myself.

While enjoying some family time away, a lovely photographer at our hotel captured these special moments for us. Looking through these images reminds me just how important it is to make sure we're in the photographs too—not just taking them.

Photographs become treasured memories, and I'm so grateful to have these with my family. ❤️
