Late notice rear house extension to cover for Barrington Builders Ltd. Pre arrival planning revealed that the house was located within the busy Runway Protection Zone of London City Airport. Although permission to fly a drone can be applied for in this area, the timescale wouldn’t work with the visit. I elected to use an inspection mast that I have for these situations. Made predominantly from carbon fiber, it’s easy to handle, yet strong enough to carry a full frame camera and 16mm lense at full height.
