A very special moment from Louis’s Session & what a beautiful way to share their happy news💛

Very soon Louis will be stepping into his new role as big brother!!! And I couldn’t be more delighted for this gorgeous family!

We took some photos of Louis with his new siblings scan - but I won’t lie - Louis didn’t have that much interest & had ideas of his own 🤣🦖

He carefully hunted out the dinosaur from my prop box ( that he proudly remembered from our last session ) & from that moment on … that was all that mattered 🦖🦖
But in amongst the giggles & roars - we still managed to capture some beautiful moments 💛

And this is exactly what makes these moments so special, the little personalities, the things they love right now - all captured just as they are.

One day, this won’t be just a photo…
It will be the memory of the moment Louis was more interested in his dinosaur than the fact he was about to become a big brother.
And somehow, that makes it even more perfect 💛

Missed the newborn window? Don’t you worry 🤍

One of my absolute FAVOURITE ages to photograph is the gorgeous sitter stage … normally around 7–9 months 🥰

This is that sweet little window when your baby can sit confidently on their own (but usually isn’t zooming off crawling just yet). They’re steady, expressive, and full of personality.

The giggles.
The drool bubbles.
Those delicious baby rolls.
The longest little lashes.
The way they look at you like you are their whole world.

It’s magical & my heart melts every time 💛

At this age, we capture connection and character … not just how they look, but who they ARE in this fleeting moment. It’s a season you’ll never get back - but you’ll be forever grateful you remembered ❤️

No strangers to my lens, this fantastic family smashed their session - just as I knew they would!

Getting to go behind the scenes is such a privlage & to witness them on stage is just another level!

Amidst the busy busy Christmas Mini Session season, it was such a joy to slow down and capture this beautiful extended family - with lovely nan right in the middle of it all ❤️
Full of laughter, hugs, and that unmistakable sparkle that only family brings, capturing those beautiful in between moments ❤️

There’s something extra special about generations coming together, sharing stories, and making new memories, soaking up the fresh air and having a good ol’ Chin wag - a beautiful session for a beautiful family 🎄📸
