✅ They create a relaxed atmosphere. The pressure is off, they will guide you into poses naturally and won’t expect you to know what you’re doing.
✅ They will ask you what you are comfortable with at your session. If you’re near water, they will ask you if you would feel comfortable getting into the water.
✅ They will reassure, check in with you regularly and offer you comfort breaks. Suggesting a place where there are close facilities knowing they may be needed.
