I love creating soft, natural, soulful photos that capture the special bond between pets and their people. Whether it’s a peaceful walk through golden fields or a sleepy cuddle at home, I focus on capturing real moments with warmth and personality. My style is soft, natural, and full of the little details that make your pet who they are, the tilted ears, the gentle gaze, the comforting closeness.

Based in the Midlands and currently growing my portfolio, scruffy pups, quirky characters and snuggly sidekicks always seem to steal my heart. If your dog’s more of a wriggly whirlwind than calm poser, that’s fine. I’ll work with their personality to make the experience relaxed and fun. Our Staffy, Buddy, has been my practice dog model for years. He’s an old chap now, but he was boisterous and stubborn when he was younger, full of bounce and cheeky charm with that unmistakable Staffy smile. Meet Lyla 🤍 fluffy ears 🐾 big personality 🐶

The first photo was taken when she was 12 weeks old and was her very first introduction to a studio set up. Lights, camera, a little help from Brett (if you look closely you can spot his arm in the catchlights) and liver paste to hold her attention.

The second photo has some festive magic added using AI, simply because time was short and I wanted to create something seasonal without rushing her. Right now we are keeping things gentle, slowly introducing her to the world and focusing on basic training and confidence.

Lately, I’ve been quietly planning, testing ideas, and working on dreamier edits. I think I still have quite a way to go but I’m enjoying learning more as a MTog with That Tog Spot

What better way to spend a rainy Bank Holiday Monday than getting creative with some recently captured home studio images?

Our lovely old Staffy, Buddy doesn’t have the energy for long walks or modelling sessions these days, but he still kindly poses for a short while to help me practice — and these are moments that we’ll get to treasure forever.

I created this portrait for this weekends Blend Mode Magic challenge by the wonderful E J Lazenby Photography using soft light blending to smooth out the background.

The Milky Way captured at Mount Teide national park in September. This was such a great remote location to capture the galactic core which is packed with stars and interstellar dust.

Standing over 2000m above sea level at Mount Teide National Park, we were above the clouds and the light pollution from the city lights, seeing light that's traveled thousands years to reach us! A perfect place for stargazers and astrophotographers 💫

Earlier in the evening there were other people around as we explored the dusty footpaths with our head torches. We throughly enjoyed taking photos from different angles into the early hours for a couple of nights, often being one of the last ones back to the hotel.

Loved the Starry night sky and the timeless charm of the hotel located in the Teide National Park in Tenerife. ✨ There were some great views of Mt Teide and its uniquely surreal volcanic landscape. Brett managed to capture a reflection shot of the mountain peak in the swimming pool with his mobile phone 🌌🏔️💦
