This is very different to what I usually post but is a different way to represent something really close to me. But is represented through photography so it relates.

Epilepsy is just seizure you’ve got nothing to worry about. It’s not just seizures, each of these images represent something about epilepsy that people may not even consider.

The first one show medical pressure that kind of reminds me of the high school bullies, for me certain medication interrupts with other medication or treatment I may need to have so that’s how I see it visually.

The second one shows the visual dizziness we feel from whether it’s trying to reach for our tablets or whether it’s just in everyday life the dizziness is constant and the blurriness is something you learn to live with.

The third one shows the contrast between what epileptic people see on a daily basis the dizziness and the fuzziness and what neurotypical people see of everything being clear and making sense.

So before you tell someone you know that epilepsy is just seizures think about everything else they have to experience on a daily basis 💜
