Join us for an evening with Ivor Ottley — photographer and musician — on Wednesday 18 February 2026 at 7.30 pm at Trinity Methodist Church, High Street, Lowestoft.

Ivor spends his time observing and photographing nature and wildlife. Many of his images have been shortlisted in international competitions, and he was selected among the Wildlife Photographer of the Year finalists in 2023. He’ll share photos, stories and his approach to capturing wildlife in the field — perfect for anyone keen to develop their nature photography.

We meet each Wednesday night from September to May, and our events are friendly and welcoming to photographers at all levels. If you’re in Lowestoft, Oulton Broad, Carlton Colville, Kessingland, Bradwell, Belton, Gorleston or nearby villages, come along to meet other enthusiasts, learn practical tips and enjoy an inspiring evening.

Doors open at 7.00 pm for a 7.30 pm start. Bring your questions and a notebook — Ivor’s talk will include practical observations and images that show his process in the field.
