I first met Adam at his sister's wedding, some years ago, before he’d met Molly! Isn’t that awesome?!

Meeting online, and knowing straight away they were the right fit, the pair wasted no time. They moved in, Adam put a ring on it, and yesterday they officially became Mr & Mrs!

A few things could have had Molly stressing, but with a firm, “it is what it is” we embraced the chaos. Rain and all. And y’know what? Still had a bloody good time!

Emma; previous bride, sister-in-law to Adam, and Best Woman gave a speech that had everyone in tears. And would have made Jo incredibly proud.

Adam & Molly, it was a joy to try to help you feel less awkward, and get some banging shots in the progress. Massive congratulations to such a beautiful pair

It’s scary having cameras in your face for a whole day where the attention is solely on you, am I right?

But with a little time, and an alcoholic bevvy or two, these two soon relaxed, and would you even know they were nervous?

Man, they embraced it so hard and we got some SMASHING content!

Risco 🐶🐕💔

Those who know me know Risco was everything to me.

From the streets of Spain straight into my heart. We rescued each other and taught each other what unconditional love means.

He was 9 (approx) when I rescued him and nearly 16 when I lost him. I got 7 wonderful years of the most unique and gentle pup.

My best friend.
My pup.
My boy.

Navigating that loss has been the hardest thing I have ever had to do.

I will likely remain quiet here for a while longer if I'm honest.

My focus will be on giving my booked couples the best experience possible.

But I just wanted to dedicate a post to my boy.

You were so loved. And I miss you so much.

“What are you going to miss about being single?” One of Vili’s bridesmaids asked while the girls were getting ready.

Without hesitating Vili said, “Not a single thing, I’m marrying my best friend.”

These two had dreams of saving the planet together, lowering their carbon footprint, and all of that green stuff.

But I think in some way they are saving the planet by reminding us what real fu***ng love looks and feels like.

There were garden games aplenty, a banging dancefloor, emotions, a little chaos, and a WHOLE lot of love!

What a day to be a part of. James & Vili, thank you for having me.

To all your guests who were so bloody lovely to me, to the venue who took wonderful care of me, to the band for creating the best dancefloor I’ve seen in a while, to all who made James & Vili’s day what it was.

I had a banging time, I hope you guys did too!!

Weddings are made up of moments. Moments that DON’T happen at any other wedding.

Sure they all follow a similar pattern; get ready, ceremony, photos, dinner, etc, etc…

But all the moments in that, they’re unique to YOU.

Throwing back to Joanne & Paul’s wedding day at That Amazing Place, some stand out moments…

Wedding days move so fast.

One minute everyone’s getting ready, the next you’re walking down the aisle, then suddenly the whole day is over.

That’s why moments like this matter so much.

A reaction.
A look.
A hug.

A few seconds that would’ve been gone in an instant if nobody captured them.

These are the photos that take people straight back to how the day actually felt.

And years later, they usually end up meaning even more.

This is why capturing moments matters.

The moments my couples come back and tell me they remember most are rarely the big planned moments.

Not the group shots.
Or the ceremony.
Or even the first kiss sometimes.

It’s usually the moments they didn’t even realise were happening.

Someone falling over on the dancefloor.
A quiet moment with nan.
Someone sneaking a gulp of secco out the bottle.

Because the moments that matter the most are usually the real ones.
The unplanned ones.
The ones happening quietly in the background while everyone’s just fully in the day.

May… The month of extremes!

From FREEEZING to BOILING in 0.6 seconds, we finally entered the start of some nice weather.

Barbies on, beer gardens packed, suncream forgotten.

So many shoots from family, newborn to dogs, and weddings too. But what do I get up to when I’m not shooting?

💃Went to a Hen do… where I may have got a bit pickled 🫣
😨Saw some terrifying films in the cinema… you seen Obsession?! FFFF that! 😨
🌷Got myself to Dam baby, always wanted to go again. LOVED it.
🍟Stroopwafels, Frites, Bitterballen, Genever, did ALL the touristy things…
🍰 Even had this Red Velvet cake that was trending on TikTok, but it made me feel kinda funny?! 😜
🍽️ Dinners & catch ups with some epic people.

This month was jam packed with goodness!

The best weddings feel like this 🤍

No pressure to be perfect.
No following rules that don’t fit you.
No performing for the day.

Just people laughing too loud.
Holding each other a bit tighter.
And actually *being there* for it all.

A bit of chaos.
A lot of love.
And moments that don’t need staging to matter.

That’s it.
That’s the magic.
