August already. How did that happen?

If you've been thinking about stepping into this experience this year, this is your nudge to actually just do it!

Honestly? The books are nearly there. Two spaces left in August, a handful in September and October, a few in November.
December is already completely full.
And 2027 is already starting to fill up as well!

Fifteen spots between now and the end of the year. Three of those are already in conversation.

There is no perfect time. There is just now.

Every experience starts with a free consultation: a chance to talk about your hopes, what kind of vibes you're after, and to see if I'm the right photographer for you. No pressure, just a conversation.

To book yours: click the link in bio to fill in the contact form, or simply comment CALENDAR below and I'll send you the booking link directly. 🖤

Planning for a beautiful exiting yet lets be honest, quite stressful time, and somewhere in the middle of all the planning, the fittings, the decisions, and the noise, this is a day that belongs entirely to you.

Some people give these photographs as a gift on the morning of the wedding, or sneakily give them to the lucky partner during the day or the night of. Or as a very special anniversary gift!
Some keep them entirely for themselves.

And years from now, long after the flowers have gone and the wedding outfit is in a box, these are the photographs you will both still reach for.❤💍

Something I genuinely believe:
Confidence gets easier when you follow people whose bodies look like yours.

Not aspirationally. Not as a goal. But instead, a familiarly.
As a reminder that bodies like yours exist and are beautiful and are worth seeing.

Flood your feed with that. Unfollow what makes you feel less than.
Surround yourself with love instead. 🖤

Couples bo***ir is one of my favourite things to photograph.
And I think it's because of what happens in the room.

People arrive a little nervous, a little giddy, holding hands slightly tighter than usual. And then all of the sudden they realise; this is actually a lot of fun!

They stop performing for the camera and start just... being with each other.
The photographs that come out of those moments are unlike anything else I make. They're intimate without being explicit.
They're honest reflection of your beautiful relationship.

This is for any couple, however you love, whatever your bodies look like, wherever you are in your relationship.

A milestone anniversary. A new beginning. Or just because you've been meaning to do something like this for a while.❤

Share this with your boo and lets start planning your perfect date!📸

Something I notice about the people who come through this door.

A lot of them are at a certain point in their lives.
Not always a dramatic one, just a shift, a change of chapter.
A moment they would like to mark.

After a divorce. After a diagnosis. After a ring on the finger. After a certain birthday. After years of putting themselves last. After their children grew up and left the house and suddenly there was space again, space that felt strange and unfamiliar and entirely their own.

What they all have in common is this: they are in the process of reclaiming something. Their body. Their sense of self. The version of them that exists independently of everyone else's needs.

A bo***ir experience won't hand that back to you on its own. But what it can do is give you one full day, one complete, unhurried day, where the question isn't who do you need to be for someone else.

It's just: who are you, right now, when no one needs anything from you?

That question turns out to be a surprisingly powerful one to sit with. ❤

This experience is not something you do when you finally feel confident.
It is something you do instead to get there.

Confidence isn't something that you achieve, and then you simply just... have it.
It's constantly evolving and changing, and some days you might have more of it than in other moments.

There is no right time. There is only the decision to show up anyway.
When you're ready, and even when you're not quite sure you are, I'm here. 🖤

Introducing the Champagne Experience: cause there is always something to celebrate!🥂

Because some moments deserve more than just showing up, they deserve to be celebrated.
And what is a better way to do that then while popping some bubbles?!

Here's how it works: you arrive, there's a bottle of champagne waiting. And then... you get to play!
Wet, a little chaotic, dare I say... spicy, and fun.😉

A bottle of champagne to pour, splash and play with.
A bottle of nosecco to actually sip and enjoy during your experience.

As well as:
🥂 An extra hour in the studio.
🥂 Three additional hand-edited photographs.
🥂 And afterwards, the private shower facilities, including fluffy towel, robe and slippers, are all yours: because arriving home drenched in champagne, while iconic, is probably not the plan.❤

Available to add-on to any Studio Bo***ir package.
For the ones who have something to celebrate. Or who simply feel like it. 🖤🥂

A reminder:
You are not a before photo.
You are not a work in progress.
You are not someone who needs to be fixed before you deserve to be seen.
You exist right now.
That's enough 🖤

As the landscape of Lewis & Harris gave us jaw-dropping scenery around every corner, I kept saying, "eeeek, I wish we could stop here!" But the weather wasn't in our favour: heavy rain, more rain, then 50mph winds, oh and then some more rain. Not great for a camera on a tripod

Then one evening the skies semi-cleared. My fiancée was happy to head back out with me to this one spot.
I set everything up. "All good?!" "Yep, all clear, go for it!" My sign to take everything off and go.

There I was, b!tt naked, crawling over the stones. Phone connected to my camera, ready to shoot and then... "disconnected." Reconnected. Disconnected again. A few rounds and then... I gave up. Standing in the cold wind, feeling vulnerable, I stopped. Tears welled up. "That's it. Let's go."

She turned to me: "Absolutely not, we've made it all the way here. Give me the camera, tell me what to do, and... do your thing."
Standing there, exposed, in front of my fiancée: maybe it was the wind, maybe the rain, maybe the months of imposter syndrome I've been quietly battling made it's way to the surface once more.
But how could I say no to her, camera in hand, smiling at me like that?

So the jumper came off once more. "Stay there! Now wait! Wait....." Me: "It's bloody cold!" Her: "yeah well.. we need to wait for the waves!!!"
Waves of doubt washing over me, one bigger then the other; feeling silly and oh so out of place. And then after a little while, I called it.

Back in cosy clothes, I looked at the camera. A soft smile returning once more looking at her ''Someone should hire you!''

It reminded me of a recent chat with one of you during the Reveal, tears of joy in her eyes. "I finally see myself, truly," she said. "You always seem so confident, how do you do it?" I smiled: "Lots of therapy: but also, I'm not always."

Because that's the thing about what you see here. A photo is one still frame: not the wind, not the tears, not the crawling around convinced I was ridiculous and cursing to myself.

Social media is a highlight reel. It shows the result, never the doubt before it.
Thank you to my gorgeous fiancée, for always believing in me, even when I don't.

Maternity Bo***ir, celebrating this powerful chapter, a little bit differently. ❤

There is no shortage of opinions when you're pregnant.
What you should be doing, how you should be feeling, what your body should look like.
All of it, while your body gets on with the most extraordinary thing it has ever done: growing a whole entire person.

And then, she shifts again.
Becoming nourishment. Becoming shelter.

There is no more perfect time to pause and be with yourself.
To be with this body, exactly as it is right now, before it gives oh so much to everyone around you.

Maternity bo***ir is for anyone who wants to mark this chapter on their own terms: with something that feels bold, intimate, and entirely yours,

Because there will be days when you feel depleted and exhausted and can't quite remember what life felt like before.
On those days, these photographs will bring you back to yourself.

Now is your moment. Now is your time to be a little bit selfish. Don't let anyone, but especially yourself, convince you it's not worth it.
