🐐🦙🐾 A morning of furry friends and Christmas surprises! 🎄

Mrs M and her friend Pauline had an amazing morning at Frankie and Friends Farm Encounters in Hook.

What a fantastic collection of creatures they got to feed and groom! Frank, although rather a big boy, was an absolute gentle giant and clearly loved all the attention, while the alpacas looked on, perhaps wondering what all the fuss was about! 😂

I have a feeling this won’t be their last visit, as the ladies are already talking about coming back to take the alpacas for a walk!

A brilliant experience and a great idea for an early Christmas present. 🎁

Although, we have to say, there was just one thing missing… a LAMA! 😂🦙

🌿🌸 A very special visit to Green Gardens, Orkney 🌸🌿

Whilst visiting Orkney, we had the pleasure of visiting Green Gardens and meeting the amazing creators of this beautiful space, Gina and Prem. 💚

Prem very kindly took us around, talking us through all the hard work, passion and dedication that has gone into creating such a wonderful garden. It was fascinating to hear about the journey and all the amazing things they have made. 🌱🌺

One thing that really surprised us was hearing that Orkney has had such a wet summer, while we have experienced around 65 dry days! 🌧️☀️ It really shows just how different gardening can be depending on where you live.

With our weather constantly changing, we gardeners have to change with it too — seeking out the best plants that can cope with whatever Mother Nature throws at us! 🌦️🌿

A huge thank you to Prem for giving us your time, sharing your knowledge and showing us around all the amazing things you have created. It was a real pleasure and a highlight of our Orkney visit. 💚

🦇🍂 What a fantastic way to spend an autumnal evening — bat watching at Alice Holt Forrestry Commission pond. 🍂🦇

A huge thank you to Wrecclesham Conservation Group for organising such a brilliant evening and for sharing all your amazing knowledge about these fascinating little creatures. We learnt so much!

Mr M thoroughly enjoyed having a play with the bat detector too! 😂🦇

We really are so lucky to have such wonderful wildlife and nature right on our doorstep. A lovely evening spent outdoors, enjoying the changing season and discovering more about the wildlife around us. ❤️

Popped into Hurlands Pickleball & Padel Club in Farnham today and discovered it’s about SO much more than fitness! 🎾☕️🍰

I hadn’t realised how many people simply pop in to enjoy the café — with delicious-looking cakes, great coffee and a really lovely atmosphere. There are cosy little corners for a quiet catch-up, as well as bigger tables for groups and friends.

And, of course, if you fancy being a bit more active, you can take advantage of what could be some of the best sports facilities in the country! 💪🎾

Whether you’re there to play, catch up over coffee, enjoy a cake (or two!) or simply soak up the atmosphere, it’s definitely worth a visit.

Who knew a padel and pickleball centre could be such a great social spot too? 😊

🍰 A beautiful find in the Bentley countryside! 🌿

We discovered Bury Court’s Café, tucked away in such a tranquil and beautiful setting. The perfect place to stop, relax and enjoy a cuppa — especially when there’s a fantastic range of cakes to choose from! 😋☕🍰

It’s always lovely finding somewhere new, and we’re already looking forward to coming back for another visit… and, of course, another piece of cake! 😂

🌸🌿 Wildness at Wi******er Cathedral 🌿🌸

Wi******er Cathedral put on an absolutely amazing display of flowers to celebrate Wildness. 🌺🌼🌿

So many beautiful and creative arrangements throughout the Cathedral, each one bringing colour, imagination and a real sense of nature into this incredible setting.

There was also a particularly lovely floral tribute to Noah Woods, which was very touching. 💐❤️

The Crypt was, as always at these festivals, simply beautiful and definitely worth the small queue! It really is an amazing space for showcasing such stunning floral displays. 🌸✨

Another wonderful visit to Wi******er Cathedral and a feast for the eyes from start to finish. 💚
