How lovely to receive this little slideshow of memories from Araya & Sam today along with such kind words. ❤️ It took me right back to their absolutely beautiful wedding that I had the honour of photographing back in 2018. There’s something magical about photographing a show before the curtain goes up…
The rehearsals. The choreography. The concentration. The laughter. The nerves. The moments where an idea suddenly comes together and a character begins to come alive. 🎭✨
Photographing behind the scenes at the Mad Hatters Circus show was one of those jobs I absolutely loved from beginning to end.
Being there during the stage choreography and rehearsals gave me the opportunity to capture so much more than the final performance. Through my camera I got to document the incredible amount of creativity, hard work and passion that happens when the audience isn’t watching.
Watching the talented choreographers, performers, actors and singers working together was amazing.
Not just the big performances under the lights, but the little moments in between — a performer completely lost in their character, a choreographer perfecting a movement, the laughter between rehearsals, the concentration before a scene and those split seconds that might otherwise disappear unnoticed.
That’s what I love about photography — being able to freeze those moments and tell the story behind the story. 📸
I feel incredibly lucky to have been trusted to step behind the curtain with my camera and capture such a talented group of creatives doing what they do best.
Thank you to TAG Live & everyone involved for welcoming me into your wonderfully crazy world of Wonderland.

What an incredible job this was to photograph! I absolutely loved getting behind the scenes at the Mad Hatters Circus show, capturing all the creativity, colour and character that goes into bringing the show to life. Working with TAG Live
From the amazing make-up tutorials and transformations to those candid moments of preparation before stepping into the spotlight, there was something brilliant to photograph everywhere I looked. 🎭💄✨
It’s always such a privilege to capture the moments that audiences don’t normally get to see — the artistry, concentration, laughter and hard work happening behind the curtain.

Not only is she the Founder of The British Craft House, an award-winning UK marketplace championing and supporting serious independent brands, but she has also just graduated 'with Distinction' in her Master’s degree in Digital Marketing! 🎓👏
What an incredible achievement — and such a testament to her hard work, determination and drive.
I felt genuinely honoured when she asked me back to photograph her again, this time to capture some fresh business headshots as well as some very well-deserved celebratory graduation photos. 📸🎓
There’s something particularly special about photographing someone at such an exciting point in their journey — celebrating how far they’ve come while capturing the person behind the business.
