An absolute belter of a match between Stenhousemuir Women FC as they hosted Ayr United in the Scottish Power National League Cup.

Stenhousemuir 3-0 up at half time came out to a different challenge in the second half…

Ayr applied pressure, battled hard and the game ended up 3-3 during the 90 minutes.

No goals in extra time.

Onto penalties, where the Stenny ladies triumphed and keeper Garmont pulling off a couple of cracking saves.

The girls looked like there were going to take the victory, however, a penalty in 90+brought the game to a draw.

A well fought game from both teams and I think the result was a fair.

You can definitely see the team coming together. Hopefully, within a few more games it will start clicking.

Was a nice change for us shooting an away game - so thanks to the media team for our accreditation.

Myself & Healing flow spent the day at Scottish Lavender Farm. A genuinely beautiful place to visit with picturesque surroundings.

As well as the lavender fields the farm has stunning wild flower gardens and they even have a Sauna & cold plunge on site too - which is ran by Kallbad Sauna + Cold Water Immersion.

And for the geeks like myself, there is even a tour of the lavender distillery which was very interesting.
