Thought Iโd use these photos Paige grabbed of me at a wedding to introduce myself to any new followers! ๐
I started my videography journey back in 2023 after buying a drone just to play about with. I was trying to find my hobby after going through Warhammer, making models, clay sculpting (I was absolutely sh*te at that ๐), airbrushing... honestly the list goes on.
Then I bought a drone... and that was the one.
At the time Paige was offering hybrid photo and video packages, so she invited me along to a wedding to get some drone shots. She handed me a camera and basically said, โHere, give this a go.โ From that day I was hooked. I genuinely fell in love with filming weddings.
Fast forward to now...
Back in February I took the plunge and quit my full-time job after 12 years. Looking back, itโs hands down the best decision Iโve ever made. The biggest reason? Time! I get so much more time with my boys, and to me thatโs worth more than anything. I only need to physically leave the house around 30-35 days a year to film weddings, and the rest of the time Iโm editing from home. Thatโs my idea of living the dream! ๐คฉ
One thing I get asked all the time is, โHow do you work with your wife?โ
Truth is, me and Paige have been together since we were teenagers, so weโre not just husband and wife, weโre genuinely best pals. Cheesy as f**k... but itโs true. ๐
If youโre looking for a super polished, serious videographer whoโs all business... Iโm probably not your guy. (Neither is Paige!)
Weโre just normal folk. Weโll have a laugh, Iโll probably accidentally let a swear word slip now and again (12 years in the motor trade does that to you ๐คฆ๐ปโโ๏ธ), but when it comes to your wedding film, I take that part very seriously. Lifeโs too short not to have a laugh.
