As half term comes to an end, I’ve been thinking about just how much mums carry… especially the ones juggling work or running a business in the middle of it all 🤍

I stumbled across the quote above on Pinterest and it really stayed with me. Because so much of what we do goes unnoticed sometimes.

The remembering.
The planning.
The organising.
The being everyone’s safe place… while still answering emails and showing up for your clients.

Artisan Shoot with 🌺 🌸

This shoot was about more than finished flowers. It was about the story behind them.

From the flower field, greenhouse and workshop, to the quieter moments of selecting seed packets, planting, watering and arranging. The ribbons and twine on the workbench. Rachel tending to her flowers, her dog close by, fully immersed in the work.

Old Trickey’s Flower Farm is rooted in growing traditional British flower varieties, slowly and with care. The flowers are different because of the way they’re grown… seasonal, considered, and shaped by patience at every stage 🌿🌼

Rachel moved from London, bought a farmhouse with land, and created a flower field that now produces bouquets, wedding flowers and workshops from her studio onsite. At its heart, the business is defined by love, care and intention.

That’s exactly what artisan shoots are designed to capture - the process, the place and the person behind a business.

Personal branding doesn’t have to look a certain way.

Working in a technical role…like being an AI specialist, doesn’t mean your photos have to feel corporate, stiff or impersonal. You can still have imagery that feels warm, human and connecting 🧡

This shoot with Fiona was about creating personal brand photographs that reflect both what she does and who she is…friendly, approachable, beach-loving, remote-working and dog mum to Dennis 🐶

If you’ve ever assumed personal branding was mainly for creatives or artists, this is your reminder that it’s really about connection - whatever industry you’re in.
