Today, we say goodbye to the man who started it all ❤️

Alex Miller, the founder of Studio3 Photography, sadly passed away last night.

He wasn’t just the person who started Studio3. He was a huge part of my journey too. He taught me so much about photography, shared his knowledge & experience with me & over the years became a very good friend.

Alex stepped away from the business in 2020, and although I haven’t seen as much of him over the past few years, we remained friends & I will always have so many fond memories of the time we shared.

So much of what I know & love about photography came from Alex, I will always be grateful that our paths crossed!

Studio3 has grown & changed over the years, but its foundations will always be Alex’s. Without him, there would be no Studio3 & I certainly wouldn’t be the photographer I am today.

It’s incredibly difficult to put into words how sad I am to lose someone who played such an important part in both my life & my photography journey.

Thank you for everything, Alex. For the knowledge, the laughs, the memories & the friendship.

You started Studio3, but you also helped shape me as a photographer & for that I will always be grateful.

You will always be a part of Studio3 & a part of my story.

Rest peacefully, my friend ❤️🕊️
