A perfect Sussex wedding with Emma and Matt ❤️

Such a fun day on Saturday with Emma and Matt, who were so lucky to have lovely weather as well.

They chose to get married in Lewes at Southover Grange, with a reception at the wonderful

After a relaxed ceremony and photos in the beautiful gardens at Southover Grange, we all hopped onto a red Routemaster bus to the pub, where the afternoon of celebrating continued.

Emma and Matt had made tiramisu and served these to guests during the drinks reception, where everyone could relax in the sun and play garden games.

After dinner, speeches were taken outside in the evening sun, before we popped off to capture some lovely golden hour portraits in the nearby lane and fields.

We left E&M on a packed dancefloor and honestly, their day really was so much fun to capture.

A big shout out to Chrissie and her team for looking after us so well at the pub and Emma and Matt, thank you both so much for having us along for the day, it was epic X

06.06.26 Lauren & George at Upwaltham Barns ❤️

Our first visit of the year to and to say it was a rainy day for L&G was an understatement.

This lovely couple totally embraced the weather and did not let it stop them from having the best day.

Did we have to pivot and change timings to work with the weather – yes!

Did we capture the big group photo of everyone later into the evening – we certainly did!

Did everyone still have the best time - absolutely!

Upwaltham was the perfect venue to have for their rainy wedding, with lots of indoor space for confetti and group photos, the best staff who just made sure Lauren & George had the best day and looked after everyone, including ourselves so well.

Delicious food, great music, a doughnut table instead of a cake, and a packed dancefloor in the evening, we really did have such a wonderful day on Saturday and here are some of my favourite moments so far.

A huge thank you to team Upwaltham for looking after us so well and to L&G for having us capture your day, thank you both so much X

Last Saturday we were in Canterbury for the wonderful wedding of Sarah and Rich, who were married with a reception

Such a fun day with this lovely couple and I loved walking through the streets of Canterbury with them as they walked their guests to the bus taking them to their reception.

The pub and marquee looked beautiful and with Greek music and food, it was such a chilled and relaxed reception and evening.

Sarah and Rich, thank you both for letting us be a part of your day, it really was so much fun and has been wonderful getting to know you both ❤️

Last Friday we were back at for O&P’s wedding, and what a special day it was too!

The sheep were back in the fields (if you know me, I always love to see the sheep at our Farbridge weddings) and the weather was perfect so everyone could enjoy the courtyard and stunning surroundings that Farbridge has to offer.

Their day was super relaxed and a joy to capture, and thank you again Olivia and Phil for having us X

With a love of art and William Morris, the was the perfect place to host their evening wedding and celebration.

Beautiful floral inspiration 🌷

We are off to The Chelsea Flower Show this week to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and I just love seeing all of the flowers!

I am so lucky to be able to photograph so many beautiful florals at the weddings I capture, and here are just a few of my favourites from over the years.

The florists that create these beautiful arrangements are super talented, and their flowers are always a joy to photograph on a wedding day.

It is not just the flowers that my couples choose to have on their day, but the venues whose gardens always look so pretty too, and I am spoilt at all the places we get to visit.
